Fortuna (ShiYunJia) Metals Co, Ltd. was established in 2003,located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, covering 5000 square meters, which is a specialized manufacturer of precise metal stamping parts, such as various of terminals, metal sheets, lead frames, connector plug accessories etc. The stamping pieces are mainly used for electrical fields as mobile phones, fax machines, connectors, plugs etc. The products have been exported to Japan , American and other foreign countries. Moulds: With the introduction of low-speed wire cutter(MITSUBISHI),precision high speed wire cutter,miller,grinder and other tools, which makes us capable enough to produce sorts of metal progressive dies who with high degree of difficulty, high precision, high quality and stability.Our stamping dies are made of alloy steel, high speed steel, tungten steel and other super-rigid steel,so that could guarantee both the service life and stability of stamping process. Stamping: We have exsiting more than 30 sets punch presses with tonnage from 25T to 110T, The raw material we used in our production are cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, phosphor copper, brass,red copper, beryllium copper and so on, with the maximum thickness is 3.0mm whereas the minimum thickness is 0.05mm . Inspection: With possession of 3D coordinate measureing system, 2.5D video measuring system,precision projector,rockwell&vickers hardness tester, plating thickness tester, salt spray teaster and other high-class inspection equipments from both home and abroad.we has the capability to test the precision products and assure deliver the finest products to our customer. We start to build company regulations&standards based on ISO management system at the initial stage of company growth, then certified through ISO9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 on April of 2006. While continual developing and expanding, we also taking continuous improvement action to pursuit permanent business.
